These  consumers whose needs are not being met are what small businesses in  the niche market are aiming for. Small businesses can be successful  by providing for those needs.</span></p>
<p align="justify"><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;">Any small business can  take advantage of the unmet needs of consumers and other businesses.  The problem is finding the right niche and then standing out in that  particular niche market. Finding the right niche market for your small  business is the key to obtaining success. First of all, you need to  have a unique product or service. Because niche markets are usually  small, having unique products or services will give the advantage that  you need to be successful. Too much competition in a niche market is  not ideal.</span></p>

There is no point in having unique products or services that do not  sell. You need to see if there is market for your product or service. Consumers are not your only  market here; some businesses may need your kind of service or product  as well.
